The Signatory Superb marks the entry into Vispring’s two-layer spring architecture, pairing hand-opened long-stranded Austrian Moosburger® horsetail with hand-teased Real Shetland Wool blended with cashmere to shape both the touch and thermal behavior of the sleep surface. The ticking blends wool, silk, and viscose for breathable softness that begins conditioning the microclimate at first contact, while the inner upholstery layers stack resilience, loft, and temperature regulation to create a balanced, inviting support.
Beneath the surface, a sequence of premium materials builds a durable, comfortable core: British fleece wool for resilience and moisture regulation, then long-crimped Moosburger horsetail to resist compression, followed by Real Shetland Wool blended with cashmere for a finer transition. A real Shetland Wool and organic cotton blend completes the upholstery, adding body and moisture absorption. The spring system uses two layers of hand-nested, vanadium steel calico pocket springs with 3,296 springs in King size, responding independently to weight and movement. The border is reinforced with coir and wool and four rows of hand side-stitching to extend the usable surface, while woollen tufts compress the filling into a stable depth at every tuft point.
